ATSI can help move your project forward into the planning phase. We work through the FEL-2 stage further refining elements created during the FEL-1 stage. ATSI can also assist in providing the documentation needed to initiate the required permitting processes for the site. At the completion of FEL-2 the goal is to obtain a preliminary cost estimate with ±20-30% accuracy.

FEL-3

ATSI can help prepare your project for approvals and/or investors. We will ensure you have been provided sufficient engineering and design documentation to achieve a targeted cost estimate of ±10-20%. This includes refining previous documents, as well as introducing new elements, such as detailed project execution strategy, finalized vendor quotes for equipment, process hazard analysis, and commissioning and startup plans. This phase will also include numerous requests for quotes for any items required to complete detailed engineering and obtain the targeted cost estimate.
