Process Optimization

With Six Sigma Black Belts on staff, we can help to improve your procedures for optimal efficiency. If you are looking to upgrade your equipment or take advantage of a recently developed technology, ATSI’s strong relationships with technology providers and equipment manufacturers can help. Our Instrumentation and Controls and Mechanical teams can assist with any automation project you may have.

ATSI utilizes Artificial Intelligence in some applications to increase plant revenues by improving energy efficiency and yields, while reducing waste. AI can also help in improving safety, reducing emissions, and preventing collateral damage losses.

Maintenance

Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)

ATSI has multiple certified PHA facilitators on staff who can assist in developing a successful PHA for internal safety requirements and/or meet applicable codes and standards. Our PHA facilitators are also engineers, who can offer valuable insight into your process in maintaining a safe facility.

Based on our experience, items identified during a PHA often spend a lengthy time on a client’s project list. While ATSI can facilitate and lead the PHA, we can also help resolve the items identified during the PHA utilizing our experience and familiarity with the facility.
