As Owner’s Technical Representative we provide comprehensive project management that spans all phases, from front end engineering and detailed design to procurement, construction, and commissioning. We oversee construction activities with a sharp focus on quality, safety, and contractor accountability, ensuring that execution in the field reflects the intent of the design. Acting as your advocate, we integrate technical oversight, schedule control, and construction management to deliver a project that’s on time and on budget.

Engineering Review
